Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy
During the monsoon season, safari operations may be suspended due to heavy rainfall or safety concerns.
- Gypsy Safari: 75% refund
- Canter Safari: 65% refund
Important: Once a safari permit is issued, no refund is possible as per Forest Department rules.

Please Note:
- This is not the official website of Sariska Tiger Reserve.
- We are a private tour operator offering Sariska Safari Booking & Travel Packages.
Safari Payment & Refund Policy
- Payments for Gypsy & Canter Safari are strictly non-refundable.
- Once a permit is confirmed, booking cannot be cancelled, modified, or transferred.
- For last-minute booking, if safari is not confirmed, amount will be refunded.
- Permit fee, guide charges, and taxes are non-refundable.
Liabilities & Limitations
The company is not responsible for issues like:
- Bad weather
- Technical problems
- Strikes or roadblocks
- Park closures
- Government rule changes
- Unforeseen emergencies
Alternative arrangements may be offered, but refunds/compensation cannot be claimed.

Current Booking (Last-Minute) Policy
- Booking request must be submitted 1 day in advance.
- Confirmation is not guaranteed.
- Safari may be allocated in any zone (1–3).
- ID proof is mandatory; same ID must be carried during safari.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Safari can be booked 90 days in advance.
- Foreign nationals need passport details.
- Government fee revision must be paid at entry.
- Report 15 minutes before safari.
- Next day booking is considered current booking.
Hotel Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in depends on hotel availability.
Important Reservation Notes
- All bookings are provisional.
- The Field Director can modify/cancel any booking.
- No refund/cancellation/reschedule for any safari.
- Safari rules are governed by Forest Department guidelines.
