(Safari Booking & Tour Packages)
Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy – Safari Bookings
During the monsoon season, safaris may be cancelled due to heavy rainfall or safety restrictions by the Forest Department.
- Gypsy Safari: 75% refund
- Canter Safari: 65% refund
Important: If a permit has already been issued, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Current Booking Policy
- Morning Safari: Confirmation possible one day before.
- Evening Safari: Confirmation may be same-day.
- If current booking is not confirmed, amount will be refunded.
General Cancellation Charges – Safari Bookings
- Gypsy Safari: 25% cancellation fee
- Canter Safari: 35% cancellation fee
- Gypsy & Canter: Once confirmed, strictly non-refundable
- Safari permits, guide fees, vehicle charges are non-refundable once issued
Tour Package – Terms & Conditions
- Packages not valid during long weekends, festive dates, Christmas or New Year.
- All packages include base category rooms.
- Upgraded rooms available at extra cost.
- Standard timings: Check-in 12 PM, Check-out 11 AM.
- Correct age details required; wrong info may lead to penalties.
- If selected hotel unavailable, similar standard hotel will be provided.
- Triple sharing = 1 extra mattress.
- Any revision in taxes or tariffs will be informed before travel.
- Wildlife Gateways not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
- Itinerary or safari may be modified due to operational reasons.
Cancellation / No-Show / Early Departure Policy – Tour Packages
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Charges apply from the date we receive your written request:
- 30 days prior: 20% of tour cost
- 15–29 days prior: 30% of tour cost
- 07–14 days prior: 40% of tour cost
- 02–06 days prior: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 48 hrs / No-show: No refund
Notes:
- Safari charges (Gypsy or Canter) are non-refundable.
- Triple occupancy → 1 extra mattress only.
- Changes in taxes or govt. fees will be updated before travel.
Safari Not Booked?
If safari cannot be booked due to system issues, permit unavailability, or technical errors — 100% safari amount will be refunded.
Peak Season Policy
A separate cancellation policy applies for Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year & long weekends.
Liabilities & Limitations
If the government revises taxes, entry fees, safari permits, fuel prices, or guide charges — additional charges will apply.
Events beyond our control may affect the itinerary, such as:
- Bad weather
- Traffic delays
- Hotel overbooking
- Strikes
- Restricted access
We will arrange best possible alternatives, but refund/compensation will not be provided.
Jurisdiction: All disputes fall under Alwar, Rajasthan.
Declaration
We are an independent travel service provider and not affiliated with the Forest Department.
We assist with safari bookings, hotel reservations, transportation & travel arrangements.
Important Notes – Safari Bookings
- Booking holding amount is non-refundable.
- If Gypsy is replaced with Canter or vice-versa, difference will be refunded.
- If permit cannot be generated, 70% of tour amount will be refunded.
- Safari date is not counted for cancellation calculations.
Payment Policy – Tour Packages
- We accept UPI, Cards, PayPal & Bank Transfers.
- 50% advance required to confirm booking.
- Remaining 50% on arrival/start of tour.
- 100% advance → special discounts available.
- All taxes & surcharges must be paid by guests.
Forest Department Conditions
- All safari permits & bookings are provisional.
- The Field Director may change/cancel bookings without notice.
- No refund / rescheduling once safari is confirmed.
